  1. Loading Problems

    1. Brain Buddies does not start loading.

      If you have problems when loading the game, please clear your flash cookies, your browser’s cache and cookies and then restart your computer.

      With Internet Explorer 8

      1. Make sure you have the latest Flash player version. The latest version of Flash can be downloaded HERE.
      2. Delete your Flash cookies by clicking HERE.
      3. Make sure you have the latest version of Internet Explorer installed. Click here to download it. 
      4. From the Safety menu in the upper right, click Delete Browsing History. Click here for more detailed instructions.
      5. Check Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History, and then click Delete. Click here for more detailed instructions.

      With Firefox

      1. Make sure you have the latest Flash player version. The latest version of Flash can be downloaded HERE.
      2. Delete your Flash cookies by clicking HERE.
      3. Make sure you have the latest version of Firefox installed. Click here to download it. 
      4. Click the Tools menu from the top of Firefox.
      5. Click Clear Recent History…

      With Google Chrome

    2. Brain Buddies freezes when it has loaded XX %.

  2. Game Problems

    1. My score is not being saved.

      It is possible that your internet connection was interupted causing your computer to become out of sync with the game. If this happens repeatedly please go to http://facebook.com/brainbuddies and click the “Contact Developer” link below the fan box on the left hand side of the page as shown below:

    2. One of the mini games gets stuck.

      If the game freezes while playing please close the page, wait 5 minutes, and then try to start the game again. If this does not work, please clear your flash cookies, your browser’s cache and cookies and then restart your computer.

    3. Profile name, photos, or friends are missing from the game interface.

    4. I did not receive my trophy/My trophy does not appear.

      If you did not recieve your trophy please close the page, wait 5 minutes, and then try to start the game again. If this does not work, please clear your flash cookies, your browser’s cache and cookies and then restart your computer.

    5. I can not send invitations to my friends.

      If you did you can not send invitations to your friends please close the page, wait 5 minutes, and then try to start the game again. If this does not work, please clear your flash cookies, your browser’s cache and cookies and then restart your computer.

  3. Information about the game

    1. How can I reset or delete my scores?

      We can reset your score to 0 and remove your complete history within the game (including trophies earned). If you want us to do so, please go to http://facebook.com/brainbuddies and click the “Contact Developer” link below the fan box on the left hand side of the page as shown below:

    2. How do I unlock new mini-games?

      We have 9 different mini games you can choose from! To be able to unlock the hidden mini games, you have to play at least 5 rounds on Brain Buddies.

    3. How do I unlock training mode?

      Training mode will appear the next time you enter Brain Buddies after your 15th game played.

    4. How do I choose mini games/access traning mode?

      When you have played 12 games you will be able to choose the mini game you want to play for each category. After playing 15 games you will be able to acces training mode. To use training mode, from the main screen, you can select a category and click the “Play (category)” button. Scores in training mode will only count for your “Category High Score” and not your “Best run Highscore”.

    5. How do I earn Trophies?

      Trophy Name How to achieve it
      Calculation Captain = 400 grams or more in Calculation
      Logic Leader = 400 grams or more in Logic
      Memory Master = 400 grams or more Memory
      Visual Whizkid = 400 grams or more in Visual
      NetworKing = 10 friends or more invited (friends must have played at least 1 time)
      Brain Blogger = 20 or more publishes posted to your wall
      Space Adventurer = 30 full runs played
      Bonus Collector = 500 grams or more from bonuses in one brain test
      Bonus Boss = 200 grams or more from bonuses in one game
      World Elite = world rank is 80% or more
      Galaxy Genius = world rank is 90% or more
      Failure Free = no wrong answer and a score of 2500 grams or more
      Game Completed = all trophies and mini games unlocked
    6. How do I invite friends to play with me?

      Please click on the “Invite Friends” button at the bottom right of the main screen and select up to 20 friends a day!

    7. What does the World Rank percentage mean?

      The World percentage tells you your position (score) in relation to the millions of other people playing Brain Buddies all around the world. For example, if your World Percentage is 90%, it means that you are in the Top 10% of all players in the world. Congratulations!

    8. Can I delete my profile?

      We can reset your score to 0 and remove your complete history within the game (including trophies earned) or delete your profile entirely.
