We are the world of gaming
Wooga is truly international. We have colleagues from more than 40 nations and our games are played in more than 150 countries. Our goal is to bring our games to even more countries and to reach people all over the world.

Small teams, huge impact
Our games are created by small, independent teams of 10 – 20 people. They are interdisciplinary, consisting of engineers, product managers and game artists. Our employee/user ratio is 1/400,000.

Tap into your full potential
We want you to learn! At Wooga we have getting-started trainings, brown bag lunches, weekly sharing of all learnings by the game teams and monthly after work meetings. Each employee has a personal development budget of €1,500 and 2 additional days off per year for learning.

Be fast, be bold!
Wooga has challenging goals to reach! Our motto is “Be fast, be bold”. We believe in rapid prototyping and releasing new versions of our games weekly. Working with Wooga you can look forward to responsibility from the very first day.

We have both: emotions and analytics
Wooga strives to combine emotions with analytics by creating loveable characters and fun gameplay while constantly improving performance.

One office, one time zone
We have an awesome office in the center of Berlin. Every team is free to decorate their own space: Wooga is quite colorful. One time zone and one location means quick interactions and fast decision-making.

Casual games, casual workplace
At Wooga, we value personality and performance over rules. No suits, an open office space and flat hierarchies.

Tech-oriented, cutting edge
Scaling our games to millions of daily players is a huge technical challenge. At Wooga the teams decide what technology they want to use. Redis to the Rescue? Wooga and Erlang in San Francisco

Surprise, time to celebrate
10 million fans? The 3rd most successful developer on Facebook? Launch of a new game? Success is rewarded with our suprise Wooga parties.

Ich bin ein Berliner
Berlin is probably the coolest city in Europe right now, if not in the world! No matter what you’re into, the city has something for everyone. By the way, in comparison with other big cities, Berlin has a great standard of living for relatively low cost.
