Game Design
An important aspect for me when I design content and features is to never lose sight of the player. In my team we always have a strong focus on player behaviour and motivations, which allows us to make the player experience a priority.
Our game designers enjoy a breadth of creative freedom when it comes to the game development.
It is important for us that everyone keeps learning and experimenting, no matter their experience.
We don't believe in crunch culture. We work hard to achieve our goals, of course, but at Wooga we don't believe in forcing anyone to crunch to achieve results.
