Business Analyst

Your Responsibilities

• Provide reporting and performance monitoring on all KPIs of our products using data drawn from diverse sources.
• Support all departments (management, marketing, product management) with relevant data to manage and run the business effectively.
• Define requirements for the needed supporting tools (data warehouse, web front-end, etc.) and work with engineers to improve our systems.
• Develop forecasts based on existing reports.
• Be an expert on all areas of the business, providing data-driven recommendations.

Your Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree; emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature, e.g. computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics or other disciplines of a technical nature strongly preferred.
• Superior Microsoft Excel modeling skills and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with database query (SQL), and statistical analysis.
• Distinctive research, problem solving and analytic skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with highly technical management team.
• Good understanding of how to focus on facts that matter.
• Experience with reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs) in an Internet Environment (virality, engagement) a big plus.
• Must be extremely well organized with attention to detail and capable of handling multiple projects and ad hoc requests for information simultaneously.
