As an HR Intern you will work closely with the Recruiting Manager and learn about all aspects of human resources and recruiting in an international and fast growing environment. You will support the Administration team in day to day work and be given the opportunity to work on own projects in the field of university relations and marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment process including job advertisements, candidate search, pre-selection and interview coordination
  • Assist in the hiring and on-boarding process
  • Support in daily HR activities and administrative tasks
  • Take part in HR projects especially university relations and marketing

Your Qualifications

  • Student or recent graduate in human resources, economics, social science or related fields
  • Good communication as well as organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, precise and in a proactive way
  • Firm MS office skills as well as strong interest in internet and social networks
  • Very good written and verbal languages skills in German and English
