Senior Creative Producer

As Senior Creative Producer you will work from our Berlin office and you will directly report to the CEO. In your position you will be responsible for the creation and management of  a new hit game over its full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

1. Develop the vision for the game which should be viral, engaging and highly monetizeable.
2. Concept the game, test it with users and conduct usability tests.
3. Lead the development of the game in a team of approx. 15 members, oversee art & graphics, decide on product features and work closely with the developers.
4. Post launch: Define, measure and analyze KPIs of your game, perform a&b tests and derive changes & actions.
5. Constantly optimize the game post launch for even more virality, engagement and monetization.

Your Qualifications

• You are a very versatile professional: You have a creative mindset, good logical and analytical capabilities, very good soft skills, you think from a user’s point of view and you stay organized under pressure with too much to do.
• A minimum of three years of experience in the games industry as a Producer/Game Designer is required, additional experience as a product manager at an internet company is desired.
• Ideally gained experience across the whole life cycle of successful social games.
• Advanced English language skills.
• A good understanding of web technologies.
• Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get the job done.
• The desire to create something amazing.
