Product Manager – Mobile Games

As Product Manager you will work from our Berlin office and will report to the Head of Studio. In your position you will work with him/her to create and manage a new mobile game over its full product lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generating ideas for a new mobile game that are viral, engaging and highly monetizeable.
• Creating concepts for a mobile game, testing it with users and conducting usability tests.
• Managing the game production and prioritizing development team tasks.
• Balancing the mobile game based on estimates and actual usage data.
• Defining, measuring and analyzing KPIs and deriving changes & actions.
• Performing systematic a/b tests (split testing).
• Constantly optimizing the game post launch for even more virality, engagement and monetization.

Your Qualifications

• You are a very versatile professional: You have a creative mindset, good logical and analytical capabilities, very good soft skills, you think from a user’s point of view and you stay organized under pressure with too much to do.
• Experience in product management in a web or games company; experience as a game designer or producer in the games industry is a plus.
• Advanced English language skills.
• A good understanding of web and mobile industry (application market ecosystem & technologies).
• Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and get the job done.
• The desire to create something amazing.
