Are you having problems loading or playing the game? Try these steps:
With Internet Explorer 8
1. Make sure you have the latest Flash player version. The latest version of Flash can be downloaded HERE.
2. Delete your Flash cookies by clicking HERE.
3. Make sure you have the latest version of Internet Explorer installed. Click here to download it.
4. From the Safety menu in the upper right, click Delete Browsing History. Click here for more detailed instructions.
5. Check Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History, and then click Delete. Click here for more detailed instructions.
With Firefox
1. Make sure you have the latest Flash player version. The latest version of Flash can be downloaded HERE.
2. Delete your Flash cookies by clicking HERE.
3. Make sure you have the latest version of Firefox installed. Click here to download it.
4. Click the Tools menu from the top of Firefox.
5. Click Clear Recent History…
6. Select “Everything” from the drop down menu. Click here for more detailed instructions.
7. Click Clear now.
With Google Chrome
1. Make sure you have the latest Flash player version. The latest version of Flash can be downloaded HERE.
2. Delete your Flash cookies by clicking HERE.
3. Make sure you have the latest version of Chrome installed. Click here to download it.
4. Click the wrench icon in the upper right corner.
5. Select the options menu.
6. Select Clear browsing data.
7. Select Empty the cache and Delete cookies.
8. For “Clear data from this period:” select everything.
9. Click Clear browsing data.
With Opera
1. Make sure you have the latest Flash player version. The latest version of Flash can be downloaded HERE.
2. Delete your Flash cookies by clicking HERE.
3. Make sure you have the latest version of Opera installed. Click here to download it.
4. In Opera, click the Tools menu.
5. Click Preferences.
6. Select the Advanced tab.
7. In the left-hand column, click History.
8. In the Disk cache section, click Empty Now.
With Safari
1. Make sure you have the latest Flash player version. The latest version of Flash can be downloaded HERE.
2. Delete your Flash cookies by clicking HERE.
3. Make sure you have the latest version of Safari installed. Click here to download it.
4. From the Safari menu, click Empty Cache.
5. When asked: “Are you sure you want to empty the cache?” click Empty.
6. From the Safari menu, click Preferences.
7. From the Security dialog box, click Bookmarks.
8. Click Show Cookies.
9. From the Cookie dialog box, click Remove All.
10. Click Done.
