With knowledge accrued from over a decade’s worth of experience in the mobile industry, beginning with overseeing the launch of Europe’s very first mobile games portal at Jamba in 2001, Jens is responsible for ensuring Wooga's corporate strategy is in line with its goals to become the leading independent developer of casual mobile games.
After founding the company, Jens quickly established Wooga as one of the leading players in the social gaming space before successfully guiding the company through its transition to mobile.
Co-founder & COO
Philipp’s key responsibility is to ensure that Wooga’s studios are perfectly equipped to deliver on its corporate strategy and goals. Philipp is also responsible for ensuring engineering standards remain at a high level as well as being the main point of contact for Wooga’s Vice Presidents.
Philipp is particularly well versed in the Berlin startup scene – recruited as one of the Rocket Internet’s first employees, he helped dozens of startups establish their technical infrastructure and culture.
Hermione heads the finance & commercial intelligence departments at Wooga. In her role she oversees all aspects of financial management as well as business intelligence and data science - supporting decision making at Wooga from investment all the way through to the data driven aspects of game development.
Prior to joining Wooga, Hermione worked at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs in sales and trading in London and Sydney.
VP, Head of Studio
Matt leads Wooga’s puzzle studio, overseeing an interdisciplinary team of producers, designers, artists and engineers across multiple phases of development.
Matt brings a wealth of experience in the video game industry to his role having previously worked at Microsoft, ngmoco and Crystal Dynamics.

After having led the Pearl’s Peril team in delivering a hidden object smash hit, Sebastian now heads up Wooga’s Adventure studio, overseeing the next big thing in the popular genre.
Sebastian’s work in the gaming industry is an adventure in and of itself. Sebastian has worked as a creative director, designer and producer for various developers of award winning mobile content. Sebastian strives to empower his teams and create an atmosphere where individuals are given a great deal of responsibility.
David is responsible for defining Wooga’s marketing vision and strategy, leading Wooga’s publishing teams in bringing Wooga’s games into the hands of as many casual gamers as possible.
David created his first game at the age of 8 and officially joined the videogame industry in 1989. From there, he worked in a wide number of roles with a consistent focus on bringing the medium of games to new audiences, wherever they may be.
Pal Tamas Feher
Wooga is well known for it’s feats in engineering and it’s up to Pal to lead Wooga’s many talented engineers in delivering exceptional front and backend experiences to players.
Pal’s passion for mobile technology started at Germany’s first mobile website and continued as he made the switch to Jamba. Joining Wooga in 2012, Pal helped establish Wooga’s presence on the Android platform and make good on a childhood dream to work in the videogame industry.
Head of HR
Vera leads Wooga’s award winning HR team and ensures that Wooga’s employees are amongst the most motivated, inspired and well supported in the mobile games industry.
Vera joined Wooga in 2014, bringing 11 years of experience in Human Resources, as former VP of HR at Rocket Internet, as well as Talent Manager and HR Business Partner at KPMG.
Head of Business Development
Paul heads up Wooga’s platform partnerships, corporate development as well as game distribution activities.
Paul has a great deal of experience within the industry over the the past 16 years, having worked as Head of Games at The Walt Disney Company, before moving on to found mobile games company Big Pixel Studios, and later the smartwatch focused studio, WearGa.
