At Wooga we are committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone who works here or with us, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion (or lack thereof) and game preferences.

This code of conduct outlines our expectations for all those who work at or with Wooga, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.

Expected Behavior

Exercise consideration and respect in your speech and actions.

Attempt collaboration before conflict.

Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior.

Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow Woogas.

We encourage everyone to call it out if they notice a dangerous situation, someone in distress, or violations of this Code of Conduct, even if it seems inconsequential.

Unacceptable Behavior

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, nationality, age, religion or game preferences; sexual images in public spaces; deliberate intimidation; stalking; following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or games; inappropriate physical contact; and unwelcome sexual attention.

Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behavior from anyone at Wooga, including partners and customers, will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a Wooga employee engages in unacceptable behavior, the company may take any action it deems appropriate, up to and including a temporary ban or permanent expulsion from the company.

If You Witness or Are Subject to Unacceptable Behaviour

If you are subject to or witness unacceptable behavior, or if you have any other concerns, please notify a member of the HR team or your respective manager as soon as possible.

We expect everyone working at or with Wooga (employees, partners, customers) to abide by this Code of Conduct —online and in-person—as well as in all one-on-one communications.
