An important aspect for me when I design content and features is to never lose sight of the player. In my team we always have a strong focus on player behaviour and motivations, which allows us to make the player experience a priority.
Our game designers enjoy a lot of creative freedom with their games and the features they build for them.
It is important for us that everyone keeps learning and experimenting.
We don't have a crunch culture. Of course we work hard to achieve our goals ,but Wooga doesn't force anyone to crunch.
